Chris Ciesielski has spent his career making the complexities of employee benefits easier to understand. A native of Chicago, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University. Chris spent the first 10 years of his career working in Chicago with international consulting firms Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Towers Perrin, where he designed cutting-edge employee benefit programs for Fortune 500 clientele. Chris’ clients have included organizations in a wide variety of industries, including aerospace, financial services, manufacturing, health care, retail, transportation, government and education. He is now the Managing Director of NFP Corporate Services (LA), Inc., where he focuses on helping employers of all sizes develop and implement innovative, sustainable employee benefits programs.

 

Chris' passion to educate business owners, executives and human resources professionals about employee benefits led him to becoming an Instructor at Louisiana State University, Chris developed and teaches an employee benefits curriculum to candidates for LSU’s Human Resources Certificate program.

 

Chris is a member of the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge and a Trustee of the Foundation for Woman’s, in addition to numerous other community activities. He is a 2013 recipient of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s “Forty Under 40” award.
